Ian is an experienced federal contracts attorney and enthusiastic advocate for his clients. His background in chemistry gives him a unique eye for projects involving technical subject matter. He has an engaging personality and strives to provide unbiased and understandable advice to his clients.

Ian assists clients with issues unique to federal contractors, including Federal Acquisition Regulation compliance and bid protests. He also counsels on issues relating to the various contracting programs administered by the Small Business Administration, including 8(a), HUBZone, WOSB, and SDVOSB.

Ian is also engaged in the larger federal contracting community. He testified before a Congressional committee regarding small business contracting issues and has been quoted in articles reporting on federal contracting issues. He also takes his show on the road; presenting at various industry events.
